I provide individual therapy to adults (ages 20+) and specialize in helping clients heal from the impact of trauma and chronic stress. Taking the step to begin therapy can create mixed feelings for some. I will meet you where you are, realizing that you have a unique story, which you’re free to share at your own pace. Just a brief history about me: my experience as a therapist began over 25 years ago and has included various populations, who have shared stories of rejection, abandonment, and spiritual and emotional brokenness.
