I am accepting new clients for immediate openings. I specialize in working with women who are feeling stressed out, burned out, hopeless, or overwhelmed; dealing with or recovering from an unhealthy relationship; need help managing adult ADHD; and/or dealing with other life challenges. You don’t have to figure it out alone, we will work together to figure out the tools necessary for you to live the life that you desire. Sometimes just talking with someone, in a non-judgmental setting, can help you begin to release the heaviness and frustration that you might be experiencing.
