I am a trauma therapist working predominantly (but not only) with young adults who are struggling to process and take part in family relationships, romantic relationships, and friendships. I use both DBR (different from DBT) and EMDR as modalities to get to the root of developmental or attachment trauma and emotional neglect. I enjoy helping people be able to connect with loved ones on a deeper level and have fewer experiences of hypervigilance and/or emotional shut down. I am also providing consultation (individual and group) to therapists trained in DBR.
