We offer in person sessions in a warm, inviting, and comfortable space that is focused on your growth and sustained healing. Our IOP is run by highly trained staff in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Schema Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Our programs and curriculum are developed by Advanced Level Schema Therapists, and EMDR Certified Therapists and Consultants. We offer treatment for the whole person to include experiential activities developed by certified Art and Music Therapists.
