I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD) who practices in Hawai’i. I see therapy as a space for patients to be seen, heard, and known and I deeply believe that long-lasting change occurs best in the context of a safe therapeutic relationship. I am a depth-oriented psychologist who believes that exploration, understanding, and healing from the past is essential for thriving now.
