English | español As a daughter of Mexican immigrants, I know firsthand the stigma surrounding communities of color regarding mental health. Often, my clients arrive at sessions feeling overwhelmed with cultural and societal expectations. I want to provide you with a space where you can feel safe, feel seen, be vulnerable, and work towards healing and connectedness. I help immigrant and BIPOC communities to unlearn patterns and behaviors that relate to their lived experience of intergenerational trauma and anxiety. I specialize in working with Latine and BIPOC communities. My practice is based on your needs and goals. I center the work based on your lived experience and interactions with systems of oppression or experiences of trauma. I provide a supportive and affirming space where you are seen and can openly explore and unpack your lived experiences in the session.
