Hi there, I'm Guadalupe! I’m a clinical psychologist who is passionate about supporting adults and athletes through concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, LGBTQ+ identity, and performance-related pressures. Growing up in a Mexican household and playing soccer at both the NAIA and NCAA Division II levels, I’ve seen firsthand how emotional well-being can be overlooked. I understand silent suffering, and I want you to know you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is for you to feel heard, seen, and supported as we work together.
