We know that our past plays a huge part in what keeps us in bondage to pain, thoughts that destroy us rather than move us forward, strife within ourselves and our relationships. We are here to take you through the process of healing the pain, retraining your mind, mending your relationships, and ultimately breaking the chains that keep you from being what God has created you to be. Taking first responders and others from surviving to thriving in their internal and relational lives is what fuels his practice.
