Guided Bloom was developed by Kelly Holliday, who is the current Clinical Supervisor of the practice. As a clinical supervisor, she provides a supportive, collaborative space where supervisees can grow in confidence, deepen clinical skills, and reflect on their practice. She tailors supervision to each individual’s learning style and stage of development, with a focus on ethical care, cultural humility, and professional resilience. The goal is to help emerging clinicians become competent, compassionate, and reflective practitioners
