I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment for individuals and families on their healing journey. Using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices, I work with clients of all ages. I offer guidance and support as clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and early childhood mental health. I also collaborate closely with each client to identify meaningful goals and develop pathways toward personal growth and wellbeing.
