I am excited to meet you! I am a Licensed South Asian Therapist w/ 15 yrs of experience working w/ individuals from various cultures struggling w/ stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, grief, and more. I work w/ teens, adults and families. I specialize in working w/ clients specifically struggling w/ shame, guilt or perfectionism that often trigger feelings of inadequacy and increase self doubt. I teach and help clients to practice self-compassion to counter shame and self-criticism. I am also a mother to two pre-teen boys and enjoy working w/ both teens and parents to help repair and strengthen the bond between them.
