My aim is to encourage safe and supportive conditions, which ultimately allow for the traversing of arduous terrain. This is done by getting to know you, while offering a kind, interactive listening space in which to be heard, accepted, and understood as you are. This empowers the magic to be set in motion. My background fuses creativity, meditation, mysticism, humor, & heart. Working with adults, teens, and kids, my style is intuitively custom-designed for you based on our ongoing connection. I gel uniquely well with those with ADHD traits, depression/anxiety, and individuals on a mindful path, cultivating a trauma-sensitive, insight-yielding relationship.
