Accepting new Clients! I am here to help you find clarity and increase your strength to cope, create space for amazing changes, and find your joy. With children, adolescents, and adults, I help you explore life's troubles and work toward clearing overwhelming barriers that cause avoidance, overthinking, big emotions, or unhelpful habits and attitudes while cycling through frustration and feeling ineffective. Life's stresses can feel unmanageable…but it doesn’t have to! Individuals (child-adults), couples, and families are welcome. I offer appointments (8am - 8pm) in my office space (and online). Self scheduling is available.
