I believe one of the most courageous things a person can do is be vulnerable enough to ask for help, and I find the collaboration in the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client to be one of the most inspiring processes there is. Clients come to therapy for a variety of reasons: the desire to change patterns, to understand themselves more fully, or to process experiences, to name a few. I appreciate clients who are able to come to the therapeutic space from an open place, even when such an experience is laced with uncertainty or some fear. I look forward to working with you! I create a compassionate and warm space for clients, one where they feel simultaneously seen and validated in their experiences, and safe enough to examine their experiences and patterns in the pursuit of growth and change. I use an eclectic and tailored approach with my clients, using various therapeutic methods to suit individual client needs.
