My practice consists of children, adolescents and young adults. 18 years of experience has shown me the vitalness of individualizing my treatment to best suit your needs. Each person enters therapy with unique struggles and circumstances. My goal is to provide a safe setting where you are comfortable to address and vocalize inner thoughts, improve coping strategies, regulate emotions, tolerate distress and make choices that will improve the quality of your life. I focus on building each individual's strengths, raising self awareness and improving self confidence and interpersonal relationships. I work collaboratively with the family, school and other professionals.
