I have been a practicing therapist since 1998. I have a varied background of experiences over the last 2+ decades. My primary focus is to work with adults. My goal is to help clients find healing and build on the strengths that they already have with an approach that is best suited for them whether that be internal family systems, shame resilience, cognitive re-framing (with CBT), learning healthier relationship boundaries, emphasizing optimal lifestyle, and more. I am currently serving individual adult clients.
