My clients tend to have one thing in common: they want to feel better. Many of my clients are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, low-self worth, difficulties concentrating, chronic health concerns, and/or trouble sleeping. They often would like assistance with processing trauma/grief, and navigating difficult relationships with family members, romantic partners, or parenting strategies. They may be looking for ideas in terms of coping with difficult feelings without using substances, avoidance, or reassurance seeking because they've noticed that these strategies haven't been very helpful, but don't know where to start.
