With over 28 years of experience, not only have I successfully worked with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families to reduce anxiety, depression, and overall conflict, but I have also generated more joy in one's life. In just 3-5 sessions, my clients often report increased confidence, a greater sense of ease, and more joy across all areas of their lives. High stress can occur during times of change: birth, separation, divorce, or the death of a loved one. I will help guide you through these challenging times. Each client's therapy is personalized, collaborative, and strength-based. I am a UCLA-trained & certified couples and sex therapist. As if that wasn’t enough, I earned a PhD in clinical sexology.
