I help individuals heal from religious trauma and the impact of high-control groups, including the Mormon/LDS Church and other fundamentalist communities. My clients often struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-trust, boundaries, guilt/shame, and uncertainty about identity or values. Together, we process spiritual harm, navigate family and community dynamics, and rebuild a grounded, authentic sense of self. I offer virtual therapy across California and Utah.
