I have had the pleasure of working with adolescents through adults for over thirty years, addressing school and work stress, anxiety, relationships, depression, addiction, and personal fulfillment. I work in a collaborative way; through conversation we will clarify what you'd like to change and what strategies will help achieve your goals. These can range from creating new approaches to problem solving, to exploring how your unconscious may impinge success. My approach draws from mindfulness, CBT, family systems theory and relational therapy. I believe a positive therapeutic alliance is the foundation of effective therapy.
