I currently have several mid day, mid week appointments available for clients ages 13 through adult. Finding someone you are comfortable talking to can be intimidating and stressful. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and welcoming environment filled with mutual trust and respect. I designs therapeutic treatment based on the individual persons needs, some modalities include CBT, DBT, Person Centered, Solution Focused, and EMDR.
