I work with teen and young adult women who feel weighed down by self-doubt, stress, or the pressure to meet expectations at school, in relationships, or within their families. Many of my clients want to feel more confident, express themselves openly, and manage overwhelming emotions without shutting down or overthinking. They want a space where they can slow down, be understood, and begin to build trust in themselves. Together, we focus on self-worth, emotional balance, and finding healthier ways to meet their needs.
