As a therapist, I strive to provide a safe and affirming space, in which families, individuals, couples, and children feel heard and supported, as they work towards deepening their insight into the root of their experiences and discovering their paths toward healing, peace, and connection. My specialties involve working with women and couples during pregnancy, and post-partum, as well as helping couples, children, individuals, and families process and cope with life changes, traumatic experiences, stress, and depression.
