I coach individuals, including artists and creators, in a way that is focused and solution oriented, and incorporates insightful explorations of one's problem(s) and goals. My sessions are recommended for anyone who wishes to work on a particular issue or goal, whether it be communicating with someone more effectively, leadership, performance, or creative block resolution. Sessions are also ideal for those who want to increase their capacity to take some action with more confidence and/or are working with a timeline in which they need to set a goal and complete it. Sessions may be short-term and flexibly scheduled (virtually).
