My mission is to help individuals reclaim wholeness and self-leadership through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative approach. Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients understand the protective parts formed in response to pain, trauma, and addiction. Together, we build relationships with these parts rooted in curiosity, not shame. Whether the struggle is addiction, anxiety, or disconnection. My mission is to offer a space where all parts of a person are welcome, and where healing is not just about symptom reduction, but about intimacy and connection.
