Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. If you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in painful relationship patterns, you don’t have to go through it alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward — often after years of adapting and surviving. I specialize in helping adults and teens heal from complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, and anxiety. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in Jungian Depth Psychology, which means we look not only at symptoms, but at the deeper meaning they carry.
