You may find yourself caught in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or shame, unsure how to break free. I’m a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist in FL & VT (virtually able to work with clients in 43 states) and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Consultant (CEDS-C) by IAEDP. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image healing, and have supported people at all stages of recovery, helping them move toward freedom, self-acceptance, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), a weight-inclusive approach, mindfulness, self-compassion, intuitive eating, and ACT.
