My passion is caring for BIPOC individuals’ mental health as they experience an array of life's transitions—school/higher ed stress, trauma, early adulthood/early career challenges LGBTQ+ identity, mixed race/racial identity, self-esteem, breaking generational cycles, being a child of immigrants & anything that may be feeling too heavy to carry on your own.
