Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward? Starting therapy is a big step, and it’s normal to feel uncertain. As a counseling intern supervised by Shari Short, LMFT, I offer curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand your experience. I also work as a Crisis Responder with the Phoenix fire department and support first responders through the Craig Tiger Act. These roles strengthen my ability to listen with empathy. In therapy, we’ll explore patterns, build on strengths, and create space for clarity, connection, and resilience.
