I provide a supportive space to explore trauma, personality concerns, depression, anxiety, stress, sex positivity, and life transitions. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and couples seeking healing and growth. My integrative approach draws from multiple therapy models to meet clients where they are at, using tools like cognitive reframing, expressive activities, play, talk, parts work, and movement to encourage healing and self-discovery. Sessions can be structured or free flowing depending on collaboration between client and I, in hopes to empower clients in their own care.
