Life is hard, whether due to life transitions or past experiences, difficulty navigating relationships, or juggling responsibilities. I am passionate about normalizing the struggle so many face, and making sure that my clients know they aren't going it alone. Maya Angelou said it best, "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." My goal is to hold space for those stories in a way that allows for rest, healing, and hope that tomorrow can be a little less hard.
