Currently accepting clients in person & virtual most weekdays! I am a RMHCI at the Christian Counseling of South Tampa office, working towards licensure this fall. I see teens & women, ages 12 and up. I've completed ERP training for OCD, Gottman L-1 for couples, and SYMBIS for premarital counseling. My primary theoretical approach uses both Exposure and Response Prevention and CBT, depending on symptoms and diagnosis. I enjoy working with young adult women, and currently see clients with goals related to anxiety, OCD, & relationship and self esteem-related issues. If this sounds like you, we may be a good fit! I firmly believe in building trust and connection with clients, and understand that the counselor-client relationship is foundational to the counseling process! I would love to offer counseling from a Christian worldview, if requested by you, the client. I also have additional experience through working as a therapist at Roger's Behavioral Health.
