I support adolescents and young adults in building emotional wellness, developing coping skills, and navigating life transitions. With a background in collegiate athletics, I offer a unique perspective for clients struggling with anxiety, motivation, identity, and the pressure for performance– in sports, academics, or daily life. My clinical experience includes work at The Maples Residential Treatment Facility, where I used a holistic approach including individual and group therapy, equine and art therapy, and conflict resolution. I currently serve as a group therapist for the Adolescent IOP program at Genesis Holistic and am accepting individual clients.
