When bad things happen, it can leave us feeling fractured, off-course, and disconnected from our lives and the world around us. I know that you are striving to heal from challenges that life has thrown at you so that you can become the confident and authentic version of yourself. In order to heal you need to start with processing your emotions so that your experience can be validated. It can be scary to revisit memories you’ve spent a lot of time hiding from. This is why my approach begins with creating an emotionally safe environment for you to start expressing yourself and exploring what you've been through. With my trauma informed training, such as EMDR, and other evidence based modalities such as CBT and DBT, I have helped individuals overcome past trauma and find meaning in life that helps them live to their full potential. I'll help you create new patterns that increase your quality of life, and build stronger bonds with people you love and care about.
