Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—especially when life feels heavy, confusing, or exhausting. I strive to offer a supportive, affirming space where you can feel understood, respected, and supported as we make sense of what you’re going through together. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, including those exploring gender identity or seeking gender-affirming surgery letters, as well as clients healing from narcissistic or relational abuse.
