As a counselor, my mission is to be a steady light for others during the moments when their own light feels dim. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and healing—even when they may not fully believe it themselves. My role is to walk beside you, offering compassion, encouragement, and practical support as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself. I work with adults, teens, and children, meeting each person where they are in their journey with respect and care. I specialize in helping individuals process and manage anxiety, stress, and depression, creating a safe space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and build tools that support lasting well-being. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that progress is possible—one step, one conversation, one breakthrough at a time.
