Helping people feel safe and comfortable in therapy is one of my strengths. Therefore, I offer a space that supports individuals going inward and finding what they truly need to heal and grow. We work on goals you identify, and I utilize a trauma lens and am Brainspotting and EMDR trained. I am passionate about helping people learn to love themselves and learn to live the lives they deserve.
