About

Many women come to me feeling frustrated that, despite their best intentions, they keep repeating the same painful patterns in dating — choosing emotionally unavailable partners, losing themselves in relationships, or shrinking their needs. My work focuses on helping women slow down those cycles, understand the deeper beliefs driving them, and build relationships that feel secure, authentic, and fulfilling. In therapy, we’ll examine the moments where you feel pulled toward self-sabotage — texting the ex, ignoring red flags, or staying in situations that don’t feel good. Together, we’ll explore how past relationships, attachment dynamics, and old coping strategies may be shaping your choices today. My style is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I balance insight-oriented therapy with practical tools you can use between sessions — including boundary-setting, somatic awareness, and values-based decision-making in dating.
