Hi there! My name is Hailey. I recognize we all need a little help to overcome challenges in life or to feel like ourselves. If you are going through a difficult time or would like to improve your daily life and relationships, I would love to help you get in touch with yourself and harness your power to do just that. I set the stage for you to feel safe and supported as we explore thoughts and behaviors. Together, you will build new patterns and ways of looking at things around you. Our goal will be to discover new coping skills and stress management ideas to help you move forward in your life. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage clients from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to Mindfulness Practice and Existential Techniques. Everyone deserves to discover their full mental, physical, and emotional potential. This may require uncovering old wounds and finding new ways to protect and heal.
