Life comes with challenges at every age, and sometimes it helps to have support along the way. I work with children, teens, and adults to navigate struggles, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. With kids, this might look like play-based therapy to help with big feelings or behavioral challenges. For teens, it often means creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore identity, manage stress, and build confidence. For adults, therapy can provide tools to cope with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where change seems possible I have background working with clients of all ages and when working with children I make sure to involve the families in the therapeutic process because they must learn tools as well to support the children in their growth and success. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, past trauma, or looking for support through a difficult life transition, I can help.
