Whichever type of change you believe is best for you, I do believe is best accomplished with others, in collaboration, not in isolation. I feel privileged to walk alongside individuals navigating the inevitable difficulties of life. My goal is to provide you with a safe space in which to sort through these difficulties, while working toward mutually agreed upon goals.
