I specialize in working with preteens, adolescents, and young adults, as well as older adults. I sincerely enjoy working with individuals who are resistant to counseling and may not see the benefit immediately. This may include children struggling with behavior, clients that are mandated to receive counseling, or older adults that may not initially see value in therapy. It is such a joy to show people how counseling can help them find their own voice and make their own decisions. I also enjoy working with typical preteen and adolescent issues, such as self-esteem, impulsivity, anxiety, identity development, and social difficulties.
