I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate relational and sexual intimacy issues, including healing from trauma, libido concerns, codependency and other emotional or physical blocks you might be facing. I am EMDR and Gottman Method Trained. Whether you are dealing with the mental health impacts of trauma, isolation, oppression, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a space where your experiences are honored with compassion, and what matters most to you is centered. I aim to help you unlock more inner resources, and support your journey toward healing and connection. In addition to working online, I deeply appreciate the healing power of the natural world and offer hike therapy and nature-based sessions to further enhance the therapeutic process.
