I work with toddlers (2+), children, teens, and adults (24) who carry the weight of experiences that were too much, too soon. My work centers on helping clients process what they have been through while in the drivers seat whether that shows up as anxiety, emotional outbursts, frustration, shutdowns, or disconnection. Therapy is a space to slow down, rebuild safety, and reconnect with who you are beneath the survival patterns. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and developmentally attuned. I integrate EMDR, play, and expressive therapies to help clients process what the body has held onto when words weren’t enough.
