I am Haley Beckwith, a licensed therapist and EMDRIA certified EMDR clinician serving both Santa Barbara, CA & Bend, OR. I specialize in working with young adults and adult trauma. People seek therapy for a number of reasons, simply put, therapy is often initiated because something in our lives is not working and we want to feel better. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, heal areas that cause pain, and help you find the self direction needed to live you best, most fulfilled life.
