Hello and welcome! One of my top priorities as a therapist is creating a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, affirming, and authentic. I value getting to know you as a whole person including the many layers of your identities and experiences, as well as your passions, values, and unique sense of humor. I use a relational and psychodynamic approach in therapy. I believe that relationships can be a source of immense joy, growth, and healing and can also be at the root of deep pain and trauma. Early relationship experiences can contribute to patterns in our relationships with others, ourselves, and the world around us.
