Welcome! During my career I have primarily worked with adolescents and adults who come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of challenges. I specialize in helping those struggle with issues related to OCD, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, life adjustments, specific LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship challenges. I believe we are meaning-making creatures who want to live out our values to the best of our abilities, and this can feel impossible without adequate support and tools. My intention is to guide you in living a more meaningful life by building trust, showing compassion, and empowering you on your path towards wellness. Building a secure therapeutic relationship is crucial to the process. It is important to me to bring genuine curiosity, warmth, humor, and authenticity into my sessions. Coming from a social work background, I also have a deep understanding of how systems impact each of us uniquely. It is my goal to honor these circumstances using a systemic perspective.
