I believe in the power of compassion to alleviate individual and community suffering and to strengthen connection to oneself and the outer world. Compassion is a force that combats social stigma, biases, and shame and provides space for us to understand and overcome emotional difficulties inherent to the human experience. My work relies on an authentic therapeutic connection through which the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit is explored to help people navigate intra- and interpersonal conflict, relationships, stress, life transitions, grief, and trauma.
