We all seek out for help for different reasons. For many of us, we reach out becuase of events that happen in life that steer us away from our values. I view my job as a therapist as being a helper to find your core values again. My therapy modalities focus on couples, individual work, and families. Each of these are something that I put into practice daily in the therapy room. Taking the step to seek treatment is not easy however I feel very honored to be apart of that journey.
