It's common for youth and families to feel scared, sad, and overwhelmed with not only the daily demands of life, but past experiences with trauma. It's also hard to ask for help, especially when seeking support for a child. I have over ten years of experience providing counseling services to children and families. More importantly, working with youth is what I love. I specialize in providing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, I am passionate about in working with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. I also enjoy utilizing mindfulness approaches to teach clients how to manage emotions. I am able to work with kids as young as three years-old with caregiver involvement, all the way up to 20 year-old individuals.
